Remember COVID – 19 has no brain, you have brains, let’s use our brains.

It’s not corona virus or Covid – 19 that is dangerous, ignorance is what will destroy you. Have you done enough to educate yourself and your loved ones on facts and truths about Corona virus? Have you panicked and shopped for everything and locked yourself in the house?

Have you helped your neighbours understand what needs to be done, avoided and practised? Are you spreading falsehood or spreading facts to mitigate the outbreak? Are you sitting there and looking up to the government or are you taking your role and observing rules and fulfilling your responsibility?

The Corona Virus is not airborne- it’s not spreading through air, it affects people through hand contact, through touching surface where it fell, and these surfaces includes all known objects, metals, wood, frames, chairs, tables, door handles, where it can live for many hours. That’s why you are told, avoid contact, keep distance, wash your hands, or sanitise your hands every moment you come into contact with any object or touch any anything.

You are also asked not to touch your face, eyes or mouth before sanitising your hands. This virus, its entry into your body is through hands, mouth, nose and eyes. Observe these guidelines and let’s keep COVID – 19 under control. Remember COVID – 19 has no brain, you have brains, let’s use our brains.

How do you protect yourself and others?

  1. Provide disposable wipes so that commonly used surfaces for example, doorknobs, keyboards, remote controls, Cybe desks and mouses, can be wiped down by employees before each us can use. Stay a least 3 feet (or 1 meter) away from anyone who may be infected.
  2. Practice correct coughing and sneezing etiquette, cover your mouth and nose entirely with a tissue or your upper sleeve or wash your hands properly for at least 20 seconds.

Possible Symptoms

These are some world known symptoms.

Fever, cough, runny nose, sore throat and trouble breathing are some of the most common symptoms of the novel coronavirus. It can be more severe for some persons and can lead to pneumonia or breathing difficulties.

Unfortunately there is no vaccine, don’t wait for it, do what is required and let’s defeat it.
