‘I will teach Raila a lesson declares’ Jimmy Wanjigi.

Businessman Jimmy Wanjigi has lashed out at Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party leader Raila Odinga following the decision by ODM declaring that his party activities were not sanctioned.

Jimmy now wants saying Raila to come out and declare if he will run for the presidency in 2022 or not.

Wanjigi further condemned those opposed to his move to open ODM offices in the grassroots saying he is popularizing the party in Central Kenya but some forces are fighting him.

The businessman also reiterated that he will not leave ODM saying he has invested heavily in the party and expects free and fair party primaries.

Wanjigi, was speaking in Mombasa when he met party delegates from Mombasa county.

Raila cannot be a player, the referee, the linesman and the VAR. He should announce his candidature and face all other interested candidates within the party law,” he said

While telling to stick to its democratic ideals as envisaged in the party constitution, Wanjigigi vowed to teach Raila a lesson and stated that leaving ODM was not an option that he was considering.

Our party leader, if he is going to declare his candidature for the presidency, is a player just like me. He cannot be chairing a meeting where another player is being issued with threats and warning,” added Wanjigi.

Wanjigi has said he will continue with his party activities across the country.

They are telling me there is a problem opening branches, those are not my branches, they are ODM branches, we don’t know why they are feeling threatened. Even in places where they have branches, rent hasn’t been paid, lamented Jimmy.
