The second term Mca was first elected on TNA in 2013 before seeking re election on Jubilee ticket in 2017.

During this Covid 19 pandemic, Hon Guyo has been helping many vulnerable families on matters rent, food and medication.
A large section of Embakasi central voters are now urging him to run for Mp in 2022.
