Ronny Lusigi appointed to the International Relations and Development Commission of the Global Esports Federation (GEF)
Esports Kenya President Ronny Lusigi has been appointed to the International Relations and Development Commission of the Global Esports Federation (GEF)
The 29 year old thanked GEF C. E. O Paul Foster for the appointment promising to give string emphasis on esports growth in Africa.
“I am humbled by this appointment. Many thanks to our CEO Mr. Foster for entrusting me and my nation with this responsibility. I look forward to contributing to the growth of esports especially in Africa“
Mr Lusigi has revitalized E sports in Kenya since taking over as President of the federation late last year.
“We want to move esports to another level here in Kenya. We also thank the government of the day for the immense support they have accorded our federation ” Ronny said.
Ronny Lusigi who enjoys a very good relationship with president Ruto and by extension the prime cabinet secretary Hon Mudavadi made headlines last year when he got elected as the youngest federation president at only 28 years. With this appointment, the future of E sports Kenya looks brighter
