Odm director of communication (Philip Etale) donates a house to a flood victim but netizens roast him here is why.

Floods have been ravaginh Western Kenya especially Lugari sub county where Etale comes from.

As a Madaraka Day gift to a woman who’s house was swept by floods. ODM’s director of Communication Philip Etale came to her rescue and announced it in a big way fully with inscriptions of his name.

It is this writing of Etale’s name on the two roomed mabati house that has kept netizens talking.
