MCA Kitusuru Alvin Palapala, Makongeni MCA Peter Imwatok and Mathare MP Anthony Oluoch released on bond 

Three Azimio leaders who have been cooling their feets in police cells can now breath after they were produced at the Milimani Law courts today.

Hon Antony Oluoch MP Mathare was picked  last 0 while leaving a petrol station on Ngong road. He was driven to Kiambu where he has been spending time untill now.

The MP has been charged together with others not in court for inciting people to violence, planning,  mobilising and participating in  an illegal demo.

The legislator pleaded not guilty on the courts and has been released on 100 000ksh bail.

# Alvin Olando charged at Milimani law courts.

Kitusuru MCA Hon Alvin Olando also pleaded not guilty on three counts.

According to the charge sheet seen by www.goodmorningkenya.com, Alvin was charged for inciting and mobilizing people to demonstrate and for disobeying authority. Alvin received a temporal reprieve after the court released him on a 70,000ksh bond.

Makongeni MCA and current majority leader at the Nairobi county assembly Hon Peter Anyule Imwatok also pleaded not guilty for the crime of mobilizing and inciting people to violence.He has also been released on a 100, 000ksh bond.

However it is his dramatic arrest that made headlines. While anticipating arrest, Imwatok left his home and lodged at the Radison blue hotel. Law enforcement agencies tracked him and bundled him onto the waiting police van.
