Former Kiambu Governor Hon Ferdinand Waititu says his friends are no longer picking his calls. Since his security detail and vehicles were withdrawn, he now lives as an ordinary Kenyan.
Waititu says he now understands the nature of people that they will call you when you are in a position to help them.
“When I was Governor, I used to receive a lot of calls from different people especially politicians seeking different favors from me. Some I built their careers and helped them win but now they don’t pick my calls when I call them.”
Hon Waititu has been spending his time working as a waiter at his restaurant on Koinange street but covid 19 has added more misery as he now spends time bored at home.
