“Safari Sasa Imeanza ya Kubadilisha Uongozi jijini Nairobi,” said nominated Senator Millicent Omanga upon being cleared to contest for the Nairobi Women’s representative seat.
Omanga aka Mama Miradi is on a mission of changing the leadership by removing the incumbent Nairobi Women Representative Esther Muthoni Passaris from the post to inject fresh leadership and sound management in the city.
Omanga who was cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) on Wednesday, June 1st, is contesting in the Deputy President William Ruto led United Democratic Alliance (UDA) party ticket.
Omanga said her clearance has set off the journey of empowering women, the youth and People living With Disabilities (PWD) and asked voters to elect her so that her dreams and vision for Nairobi may be achieved
