Fifa has annulled Ohaga’s ruling which had kicked out Mwendwa and his team.
In a letter dated 25th March, Fifa points out that Ohaga led SDT is not “a national arbitration tribunal in the sense of fifa circular of 1010 dated 25th Dec 2005”. In effect the SDT ruling has no legal effect on FIFA.
SDT failed to read fifa states and therefore purporting to kick Mwendwa out was ill informed.
Soccer lovers have welcomed Fifa’s decision saying it will avert crisis and lock the door for all former fkf administrators who were angling for a come back through Ohaga. Many people see the ruling as an invite for Nyamweya who many dont want near fkf offices.
