Vihiga county Woman Rep calls for the increase in NGAAF as murmurs of nepotism linger in her administration

Vihiga county woman representative has called on the central government to increase NGAAF allocation to all the 47 counties.

Speaking as she and fellow women representatives from 47 counties, Hon Adagala wants the current allocation increased by 1.5 percent to enhance the concerted efforts by women MPs in all the 47 counties.

Hon Adagala was speaking as she made presentation to the BBI validation committee in Nairobi.

As she made the presentations, loud murmurs were going around in Vihiga on how her administration has utilized the funds.

In Luanda sub county it is alleged that the Mp conducted a talent search that cost much money with zero returns and no clear way forward on how the project would move on.

Several women groups have also complained of being sidelined simply because they come from a perceived region that never supported her bid.
Vihiga county is perceived as an ANC stronghold by virtue of being a county of birth of ANC Party boss Hon Mudavadi.

On nepotism, it is alledged that the MP has filled her office with members of her family. We have reliably been informed that the MP has hired her husband as a driver and a sister inlaw as secretary.

Below find part of her staff composition.

Mr Adagala (husband)is the Driver & NCAA manager.

Shibira violet is the PA & her cousin.

Immaculate is her clerk & she is her sister in-law.

Her real brother a matatu tout at mbale is one of her security detail paid for from Ngaaf kitty.

Her son is also a photographer in her team all paid for by NGAAF

“We dont know why Adagala is asking for more money yet the little she has is rotating in her family” Robert Nakuti from Luanda sub county lamented.

If indeed the above allegation is true and going by social media uproar, the Mp needs to relook at the composition of her staff
