Let us unite to make our numbers count, Ngatia tells Mt Kenya voters in Nairobi.

The Jubilee party Nairobi Gubernatorial aspirant Richard Ngatia has called on Nairobi residents from the Mount Kenya region to unite and put their votes in one basket if they are to get their businesses back on track.

The Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) president said that he is in Jubilee Party and the Azimio La Umoja Movement in support of Raila Oding’a presidential bid but is willing to work with all other Mt. Kenya leaders in Nairobi to ensure the well being of the business community in Nairobi.

Speaking today during popular Kikuyu morning breakfast TV show Inooro Ruciini on Royal Media services’ InooroTV, Ngatia said that businesses in Nairobi, primarily owned by people from the Mount Kenya region have borne the brunt and are hard pressed. He urged the region to unite and ensure they protect their businesses.
“Truth be told, we the business community from Mt, Kenya have had trouble with our trade. I am in Jubilee and I am waiting for our party principals to direct us on which party will produce the governor and the Deputy governor in Nairobi but I want to ask our people from the mountain, let us unite and return our businesses on their feet,” Ngatia said.

“Businesses owned by the people from Mount Kenya have been hard pressed. We need to unite and not to have 20 candidates running for governor. We need to speak in one voice lest we lose and this is the way to protect our business,” He said.
