Mudavadi leads attacks on Raila terming him a state project.

ANC boss Hon Musalia Mudavadi has termed One Kenya Alliance as a subsidiary of Raila Odinga’s Azimio La Umoja.
Speaking for the first time on why he abandoned OKA, Mudavadi said this was a Government project that was being controlled from State House.

Mudavadi;s remarks came hours after OKA leaders Kalonzo Musyoka (Wiper) and Kanu’s Gideon Moi welcomed Martha Karua (Narc-K) and Cyrus Jirongo into their alliance.

Speaking in Naivasha town yesterday during a campaign trail, Mudavadi dismissed his former colleagues in OKA, terming them as non-starters who could not make decisions.

“The reason I left OKA was after learning that it is a subsidiary of Azimio and a State project,” Mudavadi said.

Under the Kenya Kwanza alliance, Mudavadi called on Naivasha residents to reject the Azimio group, as it was a Government project meant for self-preservation of some leaders.
“The government should respect the rule of law and let Kenyans decide who will be their next leader come August 9,” he said.
Education system
Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula said high taxes were killing companies and sending away investors. “Currently there is confusion in the education system but once the Hustler government takes over, we shall streamline the sector,” he said.

Leaders present lashed out at Raila, noting that he had in the past benefitted from violence across the country.
First to fire salvo was Garissa Township Aden Duale, who said Raila was the biggest beneficiary of 2007/08 post-poll chaos. He also called on the electorate to reject Azimio leaders.
“In all the chaos that has rocked the country, Raila has been the biggest beneficiary including getting the post of Prime Minister,” he said.
This was echoed by Tharaka Nithi Senator Kindiki Kithiki, who accused the former Premier of opening unhealed wounds caused by the post-election violence.  Also present were Senators Aaron Cheruiyot (Kericho), Susan Kihika (Nakuru), MPs Kimani Ichung’wa (Kikuyu), Jane Kihara (Naivasha), Didmus Barasa (Kimilili) and UDA chairman Johnstone Muthama among others
