As CEC for Health in William Kabogo Administration, Dr. Jonnah Manjari department was dogged with procurement issues.
In his previous engagement, Dr Jonnah Manjari worked as the CEC for health in the former William Kabogo administration in Kiambu County. It’s from this department that complains and procurement issues were horned and professionalized.
His department was implicated in misappropriation of billion of shillings for procurement of medical equipment. Dr. Jonnah Manjari, masterminded the theft of billion of shillings, this is a craft that he knows how well to do.
As the money disappeared he engaged the county in Pr stunts covering the looting before the William Kabogo led administration was haunted from the office by former Governor Fadinand Waititu. Experts in his field are asking unanswerable questions, how can a man with experience of over 20 years and work mislead the committee that has equivalent powers as the High court under Oath that he was receiving instructions from Cs Mutahi Kagwe and PS Mochache.
Dr Manjari has played politics with billions that were supposed to help victims of covid 19 and in his defense he has turned tables on Mutahi Kagwe and PS in the ministry of health. Dr Manjari has not served the Committee with evidence or the call logs or Sms that he claims were instructions from the Health Ministry. He can only be believed if he furnishes the committee with hard evidence otherwise if he fails to do so his goose is already cooked. Courts and jail is awaiting him.
