The senator for Kakamega county has come out verbally blazing to defend the leader of Ford Kenya Hon. Moses Wetangula. Speaking in a church service that was held in Bungoma County, the carefree senator from Kakamega didn’t waste his opportunity to speak as he took to stage and told off the Mp for Kanduyi over wrangles in Ford Kenya.
The Senator stated that ” Problems facing the Luhya community are not caused or created by outsiders, Luo, Kikuyu or Kalenjin, thinking so is a lie”
The Kakamega senator corrected the impression peddled by the Senator for Vihiga Hon. George Khaniri, who had claimed that other people are using the Luhya community to ascend to power. Malala noted, ” The Enemy of the Luhya community is the Luhya themselves. Their petty envy and jealousies are the source of their downfall. They don’t support each other, for instance, when one gets something, the other Luhya feels rage and enough envy”
He prayed for the church to pray for Luhay leaders because they are the problem. He moved the church to laughter when he said that, ” Moses Wetangula your problem is Wafula Wamunyinyi and you’re sitting next to your problem. Speaker Lusaka, your problem is governor Wangamati, and you are sitting next to your problem” Wetangula your problem is Wangamati and you are sitting next to your problem”
The fearless Senator from Kakamega bravely looked into the eyes of Wafula Wamunyinyi and said, ” Wamunyinyi, if you are running for the presidency of Kenya, then I will support you to take over FORD Kenya because party leaders are supported to run for the presidency, but for you, we know who is running for the presidency and who is not, so if you want to take Ford Kenya from Wetangula and yet you are not going to run for the presidency, we will not accept it. I will come here are mobilize all Ford Kenya youths to resist you”
These remarks caused laughter in the church as these leaders were actually sitting close to each other. The senator was daring enough to admit that he once had problems with the boss of the ANC party but as a young leader, he went to the church asked for forgiveness, and asked for forgiveness from the ANC boss for causing trouble in the ANC party for selfish gains. He warned anyone including Wafula Wamunyinyi to cease causing division in the oldest party in the country. He has since vowed to work for the ANC boss and to promote, propagate, and to perpetuate policies of the ANC party.
He said, ” Nobody should be allowed to weaken the leaders of western Kenya. Whoever weakens Hon. Musalia Mudavadi is weakening the Luhya community. Whoever is weakening Hon. Moses Wetangula is weakening the Luhya community”
The Mudavadi march to Presidency is unstoppable, it is not a joke and whoever wants to bring jokes, as a mercenary for hire he will deal with him. He called on the Luhya community to come together for the journey to the Presidency is on and it demands the community to come together in order to achieve it.
