Gor Mahia Chairman plans to have courts to call recently held elections null and void.

Gor Mahia FC held its maiden election on 8th of August amid protest from a section of members. It was an election of its kind, since the pandemic couldn’t allow live voting, so it was virtually conducted, controlled and announced.

A notable figure in officials who were selected is Secretary general Ocholla. Ocholla is a no nonsense guy a close associate told goodmornikenya.com. As a media owner, he is a man who loves order and structures especially on matters income and expenditure.

One week in the office, Secretary General Ocholla demanded that he be furnished with books of accounts spanning three years before his assumption of office so that he can orientate himself with previous accounts. To his surprise, no books of accounts were available for his perusal.

The reality of lack of audited books of accounts and the demand by Ocholla to have the books, has put the Chairman and his SG at logger heads. Sources privy to the on goings suggest that Chairman Ambrose is mooting an idea whose plan is to sends his proxies to SDT to complain about improper procedure and the manner in which election were held.

He believes if the complainant goes to SDT with proper fit evidence the 8th August election will be squashed. He plans to use that window of crisis to get Ocholla from office because his demands for structures is sickening to the Chairman who is not used to structures. Ocholla has become too demanding for accountability sources say. The only solution is to get him out, the Chairman thinks.
