Divas for Sonko Dagoretti North fight over Salon equipment donated by Sonko.

It was song and dance when Governor Mike Sonko donated salon equipment to Divas for Sonko an all girls crew that supports the flamboyant and philanthropic city boss.
Yesterday things turned ugly as the girls exchanged bitter words at Kawangware 46 area where part of the team had chosen to set up a beauty shop as per the initial plan during the donation.
Our sources tell us that the all girls crew that capaigned for Sonko started reading from different script when some of the members publicly declares their support for Dr Ruto in the 2022 presidential bid while others prefer a Raila and a Mudavadi presidency.
A member who did not wish to be named for fear of breeding further divide said
“This salon equipment worthy over 500k was donated by Governor Sonko for divas, it is wrong for some of our members to allege that it came from Ruto. Kama Ruto anataka kuleta zake alete tu sio kung’ara na mradi ya Sonko” .
Another agitated member in a long post on a Dagoretti North Hotseat whatsap forum wrote:-
It is now crystal clear that some few individuals with subcontious, scrupulous, unfashionable, incoringible and unfathomable characters have escalated their selfish interests even to what critically matters on empowerment. It is with undivided and deep shame that after Hon. Sonko wholeheartedly delivered the full saloon assortments to the Dagoretti North ladies, few individuals with self proclaimed titles of Dagoretti North Divas marshalisers, have relayed impunity and insanity through gullible and greedy traits by aligning the assortments provided by Sonko to paint Ruto’s name- for their own interests. Today before it became more worse of segregation and intimidations to their fellow community women, Hon. OSCAR BINYENYA in collaboration with Chief Commander Franko, Kiongozi Phanny did an instant intervention to salvage the situation. Genuine reports puts it clear that , these champions of corruption and intimidators have been in the same course of actions for time and again. What pains and pinches soon deep is the reported issues of them trying to tame the good names of our able and philanthropic leaders for their tireless jobs upon empowerment. Today the whole Dagoretti women community and the youths fraternity at large joined the efforts of Hon. OSCAR, FRANCO commander and Kiongozi Phanny to shut down the prevailing characters by dismissing their dark and uncalled actions. Dark days of impunity and insanity is over . This is elbowed with the strongest terms possible. The respect and honour of appreciation should be accorded to the Cesar . Hon. We further sought views from Kiongozi Oscar Binyenya a Sonko ally who was cordinating between Sonko and the divas but our calls went unanswered. Lyne Baibe and Natasha too remained silent opting not to further split the group.
The beauty shop that had been opened at Kawangware 46 terminus has since been closed and the equipment moved to a store somewhere waiting for calm to return.
Dp Ruto has been making inroads in Dagoretti North through Chapia Chapia and the Hustler movement is gaining ground in the area
