His name is Donald Kipkorir an elite lawyer who doesn’t shy away from controversy. His tweets are not for ordinary folks he thinks beyond the normal social norms. He has actually lauded the police for their brutal force on Kenyans caught outside the curfew timetable. In a tweet he wrote..

Kenyans were given sufficient notice about #CurfewKenya .. When Curfew is declared, normal laws don’t apply .. Did Kenyans expect Police to greet them with flowers after 7pm? If we can’t respect CURFEW, what happens when State of Emergency is imposed & TOTAL LOCKDOWN?
