Legends of AFC Leopards club led by their Chairman Josphat Murila and the current AFC Leopards Chairman Dan Shikanda have lauded the continuous support being given by Party Leader who once served as the Patron of the team to AFC Leopards Club saying it has enhanced the morale in the team especially after H.E Hon Musalia W Mudavadi supported the team in clearing the land charges the team owed the government early in June.
The team of 26 Legends who have played for the club since early 70s paid Hon Musalia Mudavadi a visit Thursday at his Musalia Mudavadi Centre and they also threw their support towards Hon Musalia Mudavadi’s Presidential bid.
Others present were, former players Aggrey Lukoye, Nahashon Busuru, Mickey “T9” Weche, Mike Amwayi, Reginald Asibwa, George Sunguti, Robert Matano, Patrick Shilasi, Edward Lisamula, Benard Musuku, Peter Lichungu, John “Shoto” Lukoye, Ezekiel Akwana, Zablon Amanaka, Nicholas Muyoti, Maurice Khayota, Maurice Sunguti, Gilbert Olumasai, Kevin Wandera, Patrick Shim, Shabani Omar, Said “Wash” Kamadi, Oscar Kadenge and Charles Okwemba.
