Interior CS Fred Matiang’i on Monday took the president’s development program to Nyandarua where he announced the creation of a new special police unit that will protect dairy farmers in Nyandarua County and its environs.
“Nyandarua is one of the leading counties in dairy farming yet farmers cannot sleep in peace. What is happening here is not cattle-rustling but systematic crime supported and funded by some individuals benefiting from the trend. The team will be embedded here until we get hold of the last criminal,” Said Matiang’i while flanked with Health CS Mutahi Kagwe.
William Ruto’s lieutenants have disparaged the information passed by Cs Matiang’i and out of panic,have since taken it to social media castigating Matiang’i for his move to create and make peace ,which falls within his interior docket .
While C’s Matiang’i had addressed Nyandarua people in an open forum and during the day in the presence of the clergy,All Mps with government projects outlined, embattled Tangatanga sympathizers are now propagating that the meeting was in a closed house and that Matiang’i agenda was William Ruto .
While Ruto’s men including the likes of Itumbi, Miguna Miguna ,Cyprian is Nyakundi and Lagaless must blog Doom unnecessarily, we urge them to match or surpass Robert Alai who has seen the light and support goverment projects and critic only when necessary.
We support goverment to deliver it’s agenda and if President Uhuru Kenyatta has lost confidence in his deputy to deliver to Kenyans and picked Cs Matiang’i, Let’s support him. It must not always be your way so that you can support.
