Epl players to play with jersies without names at the back in memory of George Floyd’s murder.

Epl players will have to do without players donning jersies with their names at the back as is the norm.
This is after FA agreed to take part in creating awareness on the well being of black lives. This follows the brutal murder of American George Floyd late last month which sparked a national cry in the USA.

“There will be no names on the back of Premier League shirts when the league resumes on June 17. They will all be replaced by the words ‘BLACK LIVES MATTER ’ on the back of the shirt.” the statement said
