Ford Kenya Party Leader Moses Wetangula to file suit against Dr Eseli and Wamunyinyi for forgery

Ford Kenya leader wins big against fraudsters who had forged signatures to dethrone Senator Moses Wetangula as Ford Kenya Party leader.

Sirisia Mp Wafula Wamunyinyi had assumed the leadership of Ford Kenya on 31st May 2020.

MP Wamunyinyi and Eseli further tried to file their changes at the Registrar of Political Parties.

The Registrar of Political Parties Ann Nderitu further said the changes by the duo were null and void as the statutory form PP7 was not properly signed.

Good Morning Kenya has learn that Senator Moses Wetangula has instructed his lawyers to sue the duo for forging NDC signatures and trying to posses Party Assets through an illegal means.
