Quoting Rule 2:6 failure to complete league.
Where the league format due to circumstances of force majeure fails to be completed within season the league winners shall be determined as follows.
Before each club completes the first round fixture the league shall be voided or declared null and void. But where all clubs in the league have completed all first round fixtures and less than 75 percent of games have been played the table standing as per the end of the first leg shall be used to determine the winner. But where all teams have played over 75 percent matches the current table standing shall be used to determine the winner.
