Over 39 somali women arrested in a Nairobi’s Kayole estate after flouting the Covid-19 rules. The women attending a wedding, have been quarantined for 14 days at their own cost according to the kayole Police boss.
The women remained defiant even as police whisked them away.
“we have a right to hold a wedding, we did not invite many girls but many came on their own which is an act of God” said the host.
Health CS has issued directives that anyone arrested outside during curfew hours will be adjudged to have been into contact with covid 19 positive victims
