Governor Ali Hassan Joho Donates face masks and sanitizers to Police officer to distribute to Mombasa residents

Governor Hassan Ali Joho donated a truckload of face masks and sanitizers to the police and asked them to give out to citizens & motorists caught without wearing one instead of having them arrested.
