Say No to Politics, Lets live upto our “Tuko pamoja” Slogan Nairobi Youth Leader Mundia Tell Jubilee

Jubilee Party Youth leader in Nairobi Mr Samuel Mundia, has called on his party to stop politicking at this time as Kenya is at war against covid 19.
Speaking to the press, Mundia said it is heartless for party leaders to wrangle over party positions as Kenyans stare at eminent deaths from the covid 19 pandemic.

” I offer my gratitude to God for the recovery of our Secretary General, Hon Tuju who was involved in a grissly accident. His recovery means our party can function fully” Said Mundia.

Mundia says that the youth league is fully behind the Handshake between His Excellency Uhuru Kenyatta and the leader of opposition Hon Raila Odinga, Kenya has been able to weather through rough political storm that threaten the stability of the nation but a ray of hope has been realized through the handshake.

Corona Virus pandemic poses a global challenge and seeks to threaten the welfare of most countries. This is the most opportune time when the integrity and commitment of our leaders is put to test.

This is not only a critical time in relation to the pandemic but also an important season that will shape the political landscape Mundia added.

“As a party we hold on to the philosophy and slogan of “TUKO PAMOJA” subsequently, the civilian population is looking up to us as the ruling party to deliver based on this thought and believe.

We live in democratic country where every citizen and leader is entitled to the freedom of speech and expression thus free to advance their own agenda and views. As a member of the party we appreciate the diversity in terms of political ideologies and views but I hold on to the belief that this is not the time or season when we should focus on party politics rather it’s a time where we need to channel our energy and focus in strengthening our institutions in order to deal with the current world pandemic that threaten to destabilize our growth and economy. It is important that as a party we go back to the drawing board and focus on our sole purpose which is to serve the people of Kenya and to provide essential services during such times” Mr Mundia said.

Mr Mundia added that Kenyans expect nothing else than service delivery and provision of quality health service especially now that we are battling covid 19.

Mr Mundia calls on the party in its infinite wisdom and in the spirit of goodwill to issue out food aids and other essential services in the country.

“We recommend the issuing of foodstaffs and other essential goods to the low income residents as well as to orphanages and the home of the elderly. Pursuant to this, we recommend that the party should use our network in grassroots as Jubilee youth league we have leaders in every polling station that we can use to identify and ascertain location or area of residence of the less privileged in the community. The youth are willing and able to help in the distribution of these donations throughout the country via our local political youth leaders who are spread all over the country” Mundia added.

Service to the nation is paramount but politics will come and go but the people of Kenya will live on for generations. Mundia urges Jubilee not to go down in history as one of the most poor service oriented party in Kenya through its insensitivity to the plight of Kenyans.

Mr Samuel Mundia is an active Jubilee party member and an advocate for peace in Kenya
