In a detailed post on his twitter handle, Shabhal narrates how he met Kilifi Governor at Mombasa airport and the governor was wearing a mask.
The governor allegedly narrated to him how he came into contact with his deputy who has tasted positive and currently undergoing treatment awaiting trial.
Mr Shabhal goes ahead to say that Governor Kingi reminded them not to shake hands and to keep social distance.
A day earlier Mr.Shabhal had hosted Hon Raila Amolo Odinga at his residence.

Kenyans are asking loud questions on whether top leaders are free of covid-19 as pictures emerged on social media of Raila shaking hands with Shabhal and later Raila was at Tuju’s house with Deputy president and a host of MPs.
