Kalonzo Calls Out Wetang’ula Over Bungoma Chaos

Wiper Party Leader Kalonzo Musyoka has strongly condemned what he termed as state-sponsored violence during the United Opposition’s rally in Chwele, Bungoma.

“What we witnessed in Chwele were the dying embers of primitive politics in Kenya,” Kalonzo stated.

He directly addressed National Assembly Speaker Moses Wetang’ula, saying:

“Mr. Speaker @HonWetangula, hear the voices of Chwele, Western, and Kenya at large: The United Opposition will not be intimidated by your #WanTam-sanctioned stone-throwing goons. Not now, not today, not ever.”

Kalonzo accused security forces of providing cover for hired goons, claiming:

“State-sponsored thugs throwing stones and even firing live bullets under the protection of riot police did not deter our March to Kitale.”

From Butula to Bungoma, Kimilili to Kiminini, and on to Kitale, Kalonzo says the message is resounding and united — echoing calls from across the country:

#WanTam!
#RutoMustGo!

The Western Kenya tour, he emphasized, has affirmed growing national discontent with the current regime.
