Prof Anyang Ny’ongo Kisumu Governor, names himself acting Health CEC in the reshuffle.
In the cabinet reshuffle today, he has appointed Dr. Joyce Atieno Osogo CEC for transport and proff Judith Migunda as CEC for Business, cooperatives and marketing.
The Department of Health and Sanitation will be manned by Governor Nyo’ngo himself. Does it mean there are no people in Kisumu qualified for this job? Will he receive two salaries?
