DCI KINOTI is never scared of any criminal, but a new one in the name of Coronavirus is scaring him stiff

The most dreaded investigative unit in East and Central Africa has finally met its match. The DCI is known to arrest politicians and business moguls and lock them in police cells over the weekend. At one time over the past year,politicians would switch their phones off heading into the weekend to avoid been tracked and arrested over graft allegations.

Since Kinoti took over as the DCI boss, he has gone for every criminal tearing them apart. Well a new criminal is in town and the DCI are taking precautions on how to arrest him, your guess is as good as mine. His name coronavirus, below is DCI Statement on rules of engagement .

COVID-19 UPDATE| We wish to inform that in line with the directives of the National Emergency and Response Committee on Coronavirus, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations shall through its clinical personnel on considered emergency cases, screen and test both staff and visitors at the DCI headquarters.

Any case diagnosed will be referred to the relevant government medical institutions immediately for further attention. Meanwhile, the Directorate has suspended services in respect to private fingerprint Forensic and issuance of Police Clearance Certificates previously known as Certificate of Good Conduct, for the next two weeks.
