Igathe tours Nairobi’s Industrial area as he promises several goodies to Nairobians.

The Azimio la Umoja Nairobi gubernatorial candidate Polycarp Igathe earlier today moved his campaigns to Industrial Area, Nairobi west, Tmall junction and Landmawe.

Igathe an entrepreneur and career corporate world executive visited and interacted businesses and the business community in these areas and discussed on how they can sustain and develop Nairobi’s economy.

During the tour in these areas, the former Equity Bank Chief Commercial (COO) Officer made a stopover in a barber shop and got a shave, even as he visited several traders and business stalls in his bid to promote small scale traders and business.

The candidate started at T-Mall junction then Nairobi West, Nyayo Stadium roundabout, Landi Mawe estate and industrial area.

“I have been holding meetings and visiting  the business community of small holder businesses who are situated in different areas within the city to see how  we can work together to make their enterprises grow once I become Governor ,” he said.

Igathe has made similar tours in his campaigns having visited Wakulima Market, Kawangware market,  Kangemi and met Eastleigh business community.

Few days ago the leading Nairobi Gubernatorial candidate had a feel of what commuters experience by boarding a matatu from town to Dagoretti and a commuter passenger train from Ruiru to Nairobi Central Railway Station in the Central Business District (CBD) as he interacted with passengers on the challenges they face daily when commuting.
