Meru university students stole police landcruiser placed a siren on it and let the police chase it…crazy

Kenya has had many university strikes but it has never seen students with guts and courage like students from the Meru Univeristy.

These students stole police vehicle and they forced the police to chase after their on land cruiser.

The question begs, are the students brave or were police on duty are dumb and reckless?
