Drama ensued in the Senate as Irungu Kangata Senator for Muranga signed into the Senate live debate from a drinking den. The Senator was interrupted by the speaker of the Senate Hon. Ken Lusaka because the environment from which Kangata was going live was not condusive to aid the Senator to contribute to the debate effectively and efficiently.
