Luo rituals haunt son and sister of siaya COVID-19 victim James Oyugi Onyango and they sue Kenya government.

They have moved to court praying to exhume body, demand autopsy and decent burial.

The son and daughter of the late James Oyugi Onyango are not relenting in their quest to have their late dad have luo rituals performed on his grave.

They say they have not slept since the heinous burial and have been disturbed in sleeps when they remember how their dad was thrown into the shallow grave in the deep state of the night without a pastor to pray for his soul.

They have moved to court and hop courts will grant them orders to exhume the body do an autopsy and finally give the late decent burial. They hope to be heard and burial justice served to their late dad. Will the courts grant them relief?
