Gideon Moi, Salat, Jirongo endorse Richard Ngatia for Nairobi

Baringo Senator and KANU chairman Gideon Moi, KANU Secretary General and former Lugari MP Cyrus Jirongo have endorsed the candidature of Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI) president Richard Ngatia in the Nairobi Gubernatorial race at the August 9th general elections.
Moi said that the business magnate Ngatia stands out as one who can transform Nairobi to great heights.

“I have known Ngatia as an astute businessman with vast network in the international business world and I think Nairobi this time round is going to be lucky to finally have a man who can transform our city to greater heights,” Gideon Moi said.
The three spoke ahead of the Jubilee party National Delegates Congress (NDC) at KICC in Nairobi today noted that Ngatia was the sure bet that Nairobi can bank on to return the city in the sun to its former glory.

“Even as we invite aspirants to vie for the position of Nairobi Governor through chama ya Baba na Mama, KANU, we all agree that the Jubilee candidate Ngatia is a head of all others who have shown interest on the seat through different parties, we will support the Honourable Richard Ngatia for the seat of Governor of Nairobi,” Said KANU Secretary general Nick Salat.
On his part, Cyrus Jirongo said that after past failures, Nairobi has the best candidate in Richard Ngatia. “I tell you the people of Nairobi this time around you have got it right in Richard Ngatia, I know the man well, he will make us proud if elected, that I grantee you the people of Nairobi, you have got it right,” Jirongo said.
