Coast leaders Dishonest in blaming Hon Raila over Revenue sharing Says Hon Osotsi

This is the highest level of dishonesty and insensitivity  for a section of leaders from coast  to attack Hon Raila Odinga over the unequal revenue sharing formular.

Hon Osotsi has taken issue with the Mps mostly drawn from the Tanga Tanga wing for being insensitive and dishonest in blaming Raila for a responsibility that does not lie within his province.

“It is the highest level of insensitivity and dishonesty for members of parliament who know well how things run yet they are feigning ignorance by blaming Hon Raila.
The Hon Raila spent the better part of last month in Dubai unndergoing treatment and upon his arrival he flew to coast where he is recuperating currently. It is therefore wrong to blame the Rt Hon Raila” he said.

The Mp further said that Raila is neither a senator nor a government  officer to shoulder blame from government sponsored bills.

Lessons from Mau Issue.
Drawing comparisons from Mau evictions where Raila was blamed and the evictions used negatively against his presidential bid, the Mp wondered how comes even Ruto being in government has never resolved the Mau issue 10 years later.

Blame Ruto not Raila and Uhuru.
“Ruto chairs the Inter-governmental budget and economic council(IBEC) which directly deals with issues related to revenue sharing, equitable revenue allocation to counties and any other legislation or policy relating to matters revenue. It is therefore upto him in his capacity as both IBEC chair and Deputy president to shade light on the impasse” added Hon Osotsi.

Ruto is guilty of Insu-bordination.

The law maker further blamed the DP of insubordination by using proxxies to attack the Rt Hon Raila and by extension attacking the president.

“A majority if not all Rift valley Mps voted Yes except Murkomen, how comes they are not blaming Ruto for that? In Ukambani a region where Hon Kalonzo is a kingpin Makueni and Kitui were on the losing row how comes they are not blaming Hon Kalonzo? I also come from Vihiga county and we are losing close to 300M and I have firmly opposed it but nobody is baming Hon Mudavadi as our political figurehead for that” wondered Hon Osotsi.

“The press by coast Mps castigating Raila was a politial gimmick and all the attendees had one common denominitor which is ‘they are all tanga tanga Mps serving their master Hon William Ruto.As a people, we are calling on the chair of IBEC Hon Ruto to gracefully resign for failing to offer leadership. We also wish to call upon our counterparts in Tanga Tanga to respect Hon Raila Amollo Odinga as father of democracy and devolution and not to toy about with Hon Raila’s name even as he recuperate” concluded Hon Osotsi
