Jubilee Party National Advisory Council tells Deputy William Ruto it was the President who made changes.

We wish to reiterate as follows: THAT the appointing authority was and still is the PARTY LEADER. THAT the appointing authority has VETO POWERS on all decisions of the leadership structures of the party.

THAT the party leader can effect any changes he deem fit for the smooth running of the party.
