Like father like son, Uhuru, take Uhuru from Ruto!

Now that KANU has signed an agreement with Jubilee, it’s a game of musical chairs! Nothing special or serious invention here.

For newbees, history says, Moi pulled Uhuru from the woods and nominated him, he was preparing him something big against the experienced likes of Raila Odinga and his class of politicians by then.

Today history is going to climb the mountain again, Uhuru is returning the hand, just like Moi did to him. The two families, Kenyatta family and Moi family will be here for long be prepared psychologically.

And just as the Senior Kenyatta played the old Odinga, the Kenyatta son has now played Odinga’s son. And just the way Moi senior overtook Odinga senior to become professor of politics, Moi son, man Gidi, has overtaken Raila, the son of Odinga.

It’s a game of thrones. The battle in the Kingdom. The significance of the Uhuru-Moi partnership, spells doom to two political actors moving forward. Saddle up and buckle up, for the exciting scenes are yet to end.

  1. It deals a severe blow to the deputy president, Dr William Ruto. The machinations of this deal shows that, William Ruto is a baby in this game, he can cry if he so wishes, but the sons of the former fathers of the nation are United to defend their reign, kingdom, business, family, power and actually future grip on the only power that has given them everything.

This soil is the ultimate source of control over everything, and the deputy president and his ilk of leaders seems like are here to spoil and destroy the good party from raging on by the imminent take over of power by the Ruto crew whose hands are not clean.

2. This contract serves an undercut jab to the ODM leader and son of the prolific political figure of the past, Jaramogi Oginga! The union is a knock out, and looking at it politically, it send Raila Odinga into his usual corner, the agitator without the finishing line.

Remember how Raila has survived in the politics of the country, he acts like a saviour to the poor, but internally he is a highly paid collaborator. He will always be available for business and unavailable for liberation.

He has promised Kenyans imaginary heavens, imaginary canaan that at the end of every political cycle, Kenyans are left disappointed, dejected and disappointed as the son of Odinga moves in high places of power without remembering his duty to the followers he has placed in utopia.

So the move by the ruling party and Kanu is a means to an end. The probabilities within this union spells doom for Ruto and Raila, and equally hatches some certainities that possibly, the coming government will be under the aura of Gideon Moi and another person either Musalia Mudavadi or Kalonzo Musyoka and the son of Nassir in Mombasa.

This is a possible feat because looking at the construction and reorganisation that is looming in the government, many pointers indicate that Uhuru is determined to change the political scenes so that in case of his exit, Kanu will rule for a hundred years as Baba Moi said.

The problem with political nature of our politics, unless you’re among the big stars of the Kenyan political college, survival and expression when you are out of government is difficult. The deep state will discipline you by exerting unknown pressure to an extent you will have no option but to play ball.

So if they will clip the Ruto men in the Senate, then the dream of their reign is over. They have no problem with Raila men, because they have clipped Raila before and they have a formula for him and so his men will not bite but only bark under strict instructions from their leader.
