Forming the government through Musalia or being part of a government through Raila, which way for Mulembe nation.

It’s time for negotiation. Political negotiations are going on behind the scenes. Uhuru succession is already crafted and settled. Insiders know who will become the next president. If elections were held today, insiders know who will be the 5th president.

Have you wondered why all over a sudden in the midst of the novel corona pandemic there have been heightened political activities in western Kenya?

Have you sat down and asked yourself why all these distractions, why an indifferent group led by Oparanya & supported by Eugene Wamalwa is wasting public funds combing in the most populous region trying to convince the Mulembe nation that it’s there to bring development?

Do you not wonder why now? DID YOU NOT ASK WHERE DID YOUR TAXES GO? Have not paid taxes to Jubilee government? Which development is Eugene & Oparanya promising you, are these pawns a government?

These people are working on behalf of certain elements, in fact foreign or outsiders who think that if Musalia is left with Wetangula, Raila will definitely be locked out of Luhya land. This is informed by their triumphant entry in Bukhungu early January 18 2020. Their entry changed Luhya politics and intelligence recored their impact.

The script Eugene & Oparanya are executing is not of their own writing. The writer of the script is non other than the leader who has failed to ascend to power even when the whole country h’s supported him.

The writer is non other than Raila Amolo Odinga, who once lied to us that he wanted Musalia to be president in 2002, while the truth is that, he himself wanted the presidency & he didn’t have powers to make himself president nor take power from Moi. So how could he give Musalia what he didn’t have?

It’s only Moi who really wanted Musalia to be Vice president of Uhuru Kenyatta and it’s Raila who demanded blessings from Moi and when he missed he started blaming Musalia. He has always found ways of blaming Musalia for his short comings.

When Musalia supported him in 2007 he went mum, as he couldn’t push Kibaki out of power. In 2013, he blamed Musalia for his loss to Uhuru Kenyatta. In 2017 when Musalia supported him, he couldn’t justify to Kenyans why he withdrew from the repeat election but through an exit plan from Nasa, he organised senseless swearing in at Uhuru park and went a head to blame Musalia.

As Musalia has put his head into the presidency preparation in earnest for 2022, Raila again through Eugene Wamalwa & Oparanya has started blaming Musalia even before the whistle is blown. The schemes by Raila are well planned, predictable and executed but with everything remaining constant, I don’t think if he will have his way this season.

He has created too many opponents, he doesn’t even know who is his enemy as he has exposed himself for all manner of attacks both within & outside his political circles. Raila should own up, count his miscarriages, miscalculations, and equally bad mathematics & should not blame Musalia.

He has received all the support he wanted , needed, or required, but why he failed to become president is not a Musalia problem. It is not. It is not Luhya problem. Musalia has mobilised Luhyas to support Raila even against his own conscience & he has always delivered.

At no time has Raila mobilised Luos to support Musalia. The Musalia Raila relationship is a one sided relationship, it’s not for mutual benefits and actually it’s selfish. Raila has earned, reaped, bargained, been awarded and rewarded for having Musalia’s support or in this matter, Luhyas support, but at no single time has Musalia been awarded, supported, bargained or rewarded for Luos support.

This is a parasitic relationship. It must end. The Luhya community has scratched Raila’s back for far too long and the moment the community has seemed to desire to turn away from Raila, he has nominated puppets he believes will cause a lot of disharmony for his own benefit.

This time he has brought in two people who he believes will stand in for him, but truth be told, these folks will not deliver even a single seat for him. For
2022 politics, the dice is cast, the Mulembe nation through the able leadership of Musalia & his counterpart Moses Wetangula are taking the community to form government, not be part of a government.

For Uhuru’s regime, the community has not even been party of it, Uhuru has served without caring about the community. He has not rewarded nor accorded the community any prime positions in his cabinet. He has assumed the community is there only to be seen.

So as he retires, some people want us to be party of a government instead of forming a government. Forming the government through Musalia or being part of a government through Raila, which way for Mulembe nation?
