REVEALED: Eseli and Wamunyinyi Forged  Signatures of NEC members to oust Senator Wetangula- RPP

The much publicized attempted Ford Kenya party leadership coup by Kanduyi MP Wafula Wamunyinyi and his Tongaren Counterpart Eseli Simiyu was based on forgery of documents and Signature.

According to documents in our possession and in the records of the registrar of political parties, the list of the said NEC members has exposed the duo for political conman-ship.

In the lists submitted to the Registrar Anne Nderitu, 14 persons who signed as NEC members are imposters and do not exist in the records of RPP’s as members of Ford  Kenya NEC.

The registrar also pointed out that 4 members of NEC had their names duplicated on different lists then  signed the attendance list twice with an additional fake ID numbers. Among  them is former MP Suleiman Murunga.

Consequently Wamunyinyi and Esseli  faked signatures of 10 NEC members who did not attend their meeting at Radison blue Hotel, the members have however sworn affidavit to that effect with legal action to follow soon.

And since the party seal and stamp are in custody of the legit Party leader senator Moses Wetangula, in the documents to the registrar  Esseli and Wamunyinyi Faked the Stamp which indicated  that Ford Kenya Party headquarters are in Kileleshwa and not Simba house along Ole-Dume Road, a matter that extended to the Party’s logo on letter head that they hurriedly put a shield instead of the two Simbas on both sides.

Through party lawyer Benson Milimo, registrar of political parties was also brought to notice of the several irregularities against the party constitution including failing to embrace party’s internal mechanisms that include disciplinary measures.

However , Bungoma governor Wycliffe Wangamati was also put on spot for using county government resources including the county letter head on matters party which is an illegality and addressing his purported complains to Eseli instead of party Management committee.

This afternoon the registrar of political parties has cleared the propaganda by a section of the media making clear that the earlier gazettement was only but a NOTICE of intent for public participation  and not a gazettement of change of leadership.

According to insiders at the RPP, the current stalemate at Simba house might not end soon and the two factions might be forced to have internal mechanisms or the tribunal.

This leaves Eseli and Wamunyinyi in a political quagmire to explain how they made such errors despite having received Ksh 50 million from their Masters
