A woman by the name Harriet Akunava has come out clean confessing on her Instagram page that she has been infecting men with HIV.
Harriet says she was bitter hence going on a revenge mission to infect men with the virus.
If you have had a fling with her, its recommended you head to a clinic near you and take test.
