# Kisii governor to sue Ledama Ole Kina.

“I have an issue with the Narok Senator who in his social media addressed Kisii to be using marijuana to have students pass. There is an issue here. We cannot profile a community and Mr senator, if you have knowledge on how Marijuana is used in Kisii, we shall want you to come down to address and tell us how it improves education in Kisii,” a n angry  Dr Monda said.

Kisii senator Hon Onyonka has also come out breathing fire in support of Kisii schools.

Senator Onyonka:  In 2021, the no. of A’s was 1,134 & in 2022 it was 1,146; the difference is less than 6%, how does that translate to mass rigging? The noise is because a certain community feels disenfranchised because they feel they were the ones supposed to get A’s , the principal of Nyambaria is a former principal of top flying Maranda school” Onyonka added.

Her sentiments were also  echoed by nominated senator Gloria

Nominated Senator Gloria Orwoba: It’s a fallacy to say Kisii residents are not academicians and yet they have contributed to the innovative and academic ideas. We need to do a post-mortem in order to see what works & what doesn’t work in schools
