Vihiga county senatorial hopeful Hon Osotsi calls for unity as he attends Church of God’s new Bishop concecration service.

Hon Godfrey Osotsi today graced the installation ceremony of the new archbishop of Church of God in East Africa Most Rt. Rev James Obunde held at the church Kima grounds and attended by thousands of christians from multiple denominations include CoG members from many parts of the country.
Hon Osotsi congratulated the new archbishop for his new role and wished him well. He also thanked the church members for carrying out a smooth transition following the demise of the Most Rt. Rev Dr Byrum Makokha.

Hon Osotsi was wildly cheered by the christians when he thanked the church through the late Archbishop Rev Dr Makokha for special prayers when some leaders attempted to eject him from parliament through the failed bid to expel him from the ANC party. He told the congregation that he fought six court battles and won them all including this week court victory.
“The dramatic win was God’s hand and i want to forgive those behind my tribulations. May the Almighty make them understand the virtue of true unity and co-existence.”

The leaders in attendance included Vihiga governor Hon Otichillo, Luanda MP Hon Omulele and Kakamega women Rep Hon Elsie Muhanda.
