Rachier begs Orengo and Otiende’s law to save him from Nick Mwendwa.!

Starting from the 8-1 drabbing and unceremonious bundling out of the champions league, Rachier is not a very happy man.

The drabbing of Gor 4-3 at the hands of Kariobangi sharks did not make matters even better and the win at Western stima gave him a temporal reprieve.

Rachier is currently facing a disciplinary proceeding at the SDT for bringing the game of soccer to disrepute.

The case is emanating from a letter that Rachier wrote to Star times dismissing the deal between his club which was midwife by FKF.

The quagmire led to a temporal stand off between the club and the soccer governing body. Initially the club secretary Mr Ochola had while executing his mandate as the clubs spokesperson had written a letter giving the  the deal a clean bill of health something that Rachier later disowned.

While disowning the club’s commitment to the deal, Rachier went a step further and suspended his club Sg.

The two club administrators have since buried the hatchet and vowed to work together for the good of the club and sport at large but Rahiers case at the SDT is still active.

Panicky Rachier seeks refuge in Orengo and Otiende Amollo

For bringing the game of soccer into disrepute, Rachier has a lot of explaining to do.  One is therefore left wondering why Rahier a club chairman had issues with the deal yet his own Sg had already given it a clean bill  of health.

Faced with an imminent ban on matters  football,  Rachier has enlisted the services of renowned lawyers James Orengo and Otiende Amollo to try and urgue his case out.

Should the two seasoned lawyers lose the case( which they will lose anyway) Fkf could be forced to slap Rachier with a ban which will jeopardize his  active participation in matters football. This will in one way or another destablizi Gor Mahia as a club considering  that Gor Mahia is Rahier and Rachier is Gor mahia.
