According to our sources, Sabaot Mp Hon Caleb Khamisi helped himself to the 17M leaving his colleague in tears.
Part of the money has been used to acquire a brand new state of the art range rover which the member is flauting around.
Back home, the member has been generous dishing money to his constituents but word has it that his re election is not guaranteed.
However the Mp is not bothered with his re election and strongly believe that his unwavering support for BBI and Raila is a sure way of getting re elected.
