Treasure Communications Launches First-Ever MD Leadership Program

Nairobi, Kenya – September 16, 2025
Treasure Communications Limited, a leading below-the-line marketing agency, has officially launched the inaugural MD Leadership Program, a flagship initiative designed to nurture the next generation of leaders within the company.
The launch marks a significant milestone for the agency, which began operations in Kenya in 2012 and has since expanded into multiple East African markets and the UAE. Known for its reputation in marketing and brand activations, Treasure Communications is now investing in leadership development to sustain its growth and global ambitions.

Launched after an overwhelming response to the call for applications in June 2025, the program attracted 138 applicants from across regions and departments. Following a rigorous selection process, 20 participants were chosen to form the first cohort of the leadership journey.
The 12-month program will combine structured training, mentorship, cross-functional assignments, and practical leadership exposure. One of its highlights will be the “MD for a Day” experience, where each participant will assume the role of Managing Director for a day, gaining invaluable first-hand leadership experience. Participants will also engage in regional rotations, resilience-building challenges, and mentorship sessions with internal and external experts.
Speaking during the launch, the Managing Director emphasized that the program is a long-term commitment to leadership excellence.
“For our staff, it creates growth opportunities. For our partners, it provides confidence in the continuity of leadership. And for the public, it demonstrates that Treasure Communications is building not only a business, but also its people,” the MD said.
The event also saw participants sign their acceptance letters, marking the official start of their journey. The company acknowledged the contributions of its training partners, chief growth manager, and training capability manager in making the initiative a reality.
Treasure Communications congratulated the 20 pioneers of the program, noting that their success would set the foundation for future cohorts as the agency continues to expand into new markets.
