Kenyans join the Christian family across the globe in marking Easter Friday.
Today being the day our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ was crucified for the atonement of our sins, Nairobi county Chief officer incharge of urban planning has sent out his goodwill message to all Kenyans and Christians around the globe.
“Easter season provides an opportune moment for all of us to reflect and focus on the life of Jesus Christ. The theme of selfless love as epitomized by Christ upto the point of laying down His own life on the cross for the forgiveness of our sins should be key in our day to day lives. As a country, we just came from a gruelling election and focusing on Christ will help us heal, and reconcille for the well being of our nation. From my family and I,let me wish all Kenyans a happy easter full of God’s blessings.” Mr Analo said.

Mr Analo who is the Nairobi county chief officer in charge of Urban planning was speaking at City hall as he wished his staff a blessed Easter Holiday.
“This year’s Easter holiday is very unique to all of us, it is not only a coincidence that it coincides with the Holy month of Ramadhan by our Muslim brothers, it means that all Kenyans should move closer to God in prayer for us to effect meaningful changes in our lives and country” Analo added.
On the calm witnessed in the city for the past week after Azimio called off their demonstrations, Mr Analo louded the decision by both President Ruto and Rt Hon Odinga for toning down and giving dialogue a chance.
“We have all had a calm week here in the city. During demonstrations, our staff mobility in discharging services to wananchi is always disrupted. I want to thank our two leaders for giving dialogue a chance and allowing our city to offer services to our people uninterupted” Analo said.
Mr Analo also used the occasion to wish the county boss Gov Sakaja a blessed Easter and God’s divine guidance in steering the county of Nairobi to greater heights
Quoting from Romans, Mr Analo wished alla blessed Easter.
Romans 5:8-10 New International Version (NIV)But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Since we have now been justified by his blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through him!
