It was plainly obvious Dr. William Ruto will not be part of the Launch of the BBI document. It was not a matter of if but when… Finally, the report is here, and missing in action was all political parties’ leaders.
The BBI is now out and just like the March 18th handshake, it was a two gentlemen agreement and the two brothers received the report and it is up to you and the document to decide to future of the country.
