‘Stop Milking using my nappier grass and wait for your turn” Uhuru warns Ruto.

President Uhuru Kenyatta has started talking tough in line with his ” nitaguruma Kama simba ‘ promise. Today in Sagana state lodge, the president in an attempt to keep central Kenya under lock and key made some statements that have since portrayed some members of his govenment as connish and unreliable.
“You hear them from top of the vehicles brag about what has been done: roads, water, education as if such work is done from those rallies. That work is done from the statehouse, where you sent me and I am about to finish my debt with you. Tell them to stop milking with my ‘nappier grass’ ” ~ Uhuru Kenyatta said in a thinly veiled attack to Ruto.
I dont owe anybody anything, i only owe Kenyans service..
The president further said that he was not indebted to anyone. He said this in reference to his promise to back Ruto in 2022 should he vie for the presidency.
“Some people keep saying I made a promise to them, no, I only have a promise and covenant with the people of Kenya. That is the promise I am implementing. Ask your guy why he can’t allow me to do my work and keeps coming back for the baton, instead of waiting for his turn,” Uhuru said.
On the ongoing BBI Debate, the president took a swipe at his deputy for not being honest on matters BBI.
“You remember how they (Ruto) claimed to have been left out of the handshake. Remember how in Bomas I said how they involved and even nominated members to the BBI team? The truth must be told,” Uhuru added.
The president also talked tough on those who opposed the revenue sharing formula and the infamous “hustler nation”.
The Revenue sharing formular faced a stiff resistance from a majority of those who are in the so called Hustler movement. The president did not mince his words claiming that those opposed to it did not have the interest of central Kenya at heart.
“If these people care about you and this region, why would they the other day oppose the revenue sharing formula yet it was keen on solving the problem of skewed resource allocation?” Uhuru posed.
Beware of those accessing central region through the backdoor…
The president has also asked Mt Kenya region to be wary of leaders who want to access the region using unorthodox means in what he termed as backdoor access.
“Anyone who is interested and genuinely interested in our region and family must use the front door. We must be wary of the one who wants to use the kitchen door or the bedroom window.” continued Uhuru.
On HUSTLER VS DYNASTY DEBATE…
On the hustler vs dynasty debate, the president took at swipe at those propagating it saying it is a recipe for trouble.
“Then you hear them call me dynasty just because I was born by Kenyatta. Who chooses where he wants to be born? Tell them to stop insulting me, they will know where votes come from next year.” the president said amid laughter from the gathering.
The president has promised the Mt Kenya region leaders that his sole purpose now is to leave a united nation once his term expires in a few months to come.
