Kenyan flag in and without Kenya to fly at half-mast for 7 days to mourn Magufuli.

President Uhuru today at the statehouse issued a presidential proclamation in honor of the late president of the Republic of Tanzania who died last evening.

The president has ordered all public buildings to host their flags at half-mast for the next 7 days till the evening of his burial. He also said the republic of Kenya will stand shoulder to shoulder with the people of Tanzania during these difficult times.

He eulogized the late president as a strong man who put his country before everything else. Other leaders who have eulogized the former president of Tanzania include the ANC party leader, ODM leader, and various leaders across the globe.
