Kitusuru Mca Hon Alvin Palapala confesses to Hon Maina Njoka of Kariobangi ward how he is stealing from City hall
Hon Alvin Palapala the Kitusuru Mca who is under Eacc radar has confessed to theft of money meant for public use.
According to Sonko leaks in an audio recording appearing on Governors page followed by the words below.
Mocking and Self confession by MCA Kitsuru Hon. Palapala that he steals bursary meant for poor students in his ward. That he used to take between 50k to 100k per day at the cash office before we barred physical handling at the cash office. He used to steal disaster management funds. He used to push for payments for contractors who supply air and demand for 10% from them.
Hon Palapala is being investigated on allegations he diverted 4.5M meant for bursaries for poor students in Kitusuru ward of Westlands constituency.
